Public sign-up and document upload are closed. Starter chat, terminal and database pages are blocked. The public tools do not need your name or Social Security number.
If you find a problem
Stop using the affected page. Keep only the page address and steps that show the problem. Do not open another person’s data or include their details in a report.
Until a report channel is open
Use your state’s official channel for urgent coverage needs. This site has no working security-report inbox yet. Do not send private details to an address you have guessed.
